Can I freeze for Ramadan?

Yes, we have an exception to our standard freeze policy when the freeze is for Ramadan. We offer a free freeze for Ramadan for the exact duration of Ramadan.

No supporting documentation is required, please simply inform us within the description box

• Click “Submit A Request” below or here
• Choose “Freeze” from the drop down and fill in all the required fields
• When prompted choose “Freeze membership” from the drop down
• If Ramadan is an option, select this, otherwise select any reason and then ensure you add into the description “Ramadan” as your reason
