Can I apply for an early cancellation?

We have a number of early cancellation options available, including leniencies for reasons such as permanent illness/injury, pregnancy, and redundancy (where supporting documentation will be required).

Heads-up though! An early cancellation will require additional fees, including but not limited to, a promotional payback, as the agreed-upon initial contract term will not have been completed should you cancel earlier than your contract end date.

The Member Services team are happy to discuss your cancellation options further with you upon receiving a request.

To request an early cancellation, follow these steps:

• Choose “Cancellation” from the drop down and fill in all the required fields, including your cancellation reason

Our team will review your request and will come back to you with your options including any charges this may incur.

Restrictions: Membership cannot be frozen during a cancellation notice period.
