What are the promotion rules at Gymbox?

Promotions are only valid for the specific membership type and term stated in the offer and can’t be added retroactively once your membership has started. We also can’t honour expired or outdated promotions, and any promotional emails or marketing you receive after joining won’t apply to your current membership.

If you freeze your membership, promotional offers will not carry over to the extended period.

If you cancel early, before completing your minimum term, Gymbox reserves the right to recover the value of any promotional benefit you received - such as free months or discounted rates.

When renewing or extending your membership, you’ll only be eligible for current promotions available at that time. These may differ from past or new member offers. Our Member Services team can advise on the best membership options and promotions available when you’re ready to renew.
