How can I end my freeze at an earlier date?

If your freeze hasn’t yet started, you can withdraw this through the Gymbox App by following these steps:

  • Open the Gymbox app and go to Studio
  • Select Self-Service
  • Select Idle Periods
  • Click on "Cancel idle period"
  • Your request will automatically be withdrawn

If your freeze has already started and you’re looking to unfreeze sooner than your freeze end date please follow these steps:

  • Click “Submit A Request” below or here
  • Choose “Freeze” from the drop down and fill in all the required fields
  • When prompted choose “Unfreeze membership” from the drop down
  • Enter your desired unfreeze date from the calendar and submit your request

Our Member Services team will be able to best assist you and will be in touch. Please be aware you will be charged a pro-rata fee for the remainder of the month after you unfreeze. The initial freeze fee will not go towards this.
