How can I end my freeze at an earlier date?

If your freeze hasn’t yet started, you can withdraw this through the Gymbox App by following these steps: 

1) Open the Gymbox app and go to Studio 

2) Select Self-Service 

3) Select Idle Periods 

4) Click on “Cancel idle period” 

5) Your request will automatically be withdrawn 

If your freeze has already started, unfortunately as the minimum duration is 1 calendar month, you cannot unfreeze early.
