I no longer want to cancel; how do I retract this request?

If you’ve changed your mind and your membership is still active, you can withdraw your cancellation request with these steps:

  • Open the Gymbox app and go to Studio.
  • Select Self-Service.
  • Tap on Contract Data, then select the cancelled Active Membership.
  • Click on “Withdraw Cancellation” and confirm by clicking OK.

Your membership will remain active, and the cancellation request will be withdrawn.


If your membership has already lapsed, then you can reactivate with the Member Services team by clicking “Submit A Request” below or here.


Our team will then review your withdrawal request and will come back to you with your options and any next steps.
