Can I cancel my membership because of the membership fee increase?

If you are no longer in contract, and have received a price increase, you can cancel before the increase takes effect provided you request this on or before 28th February 2026. After that date your cancellation request will be subject to our standard cancellation policy, one full calendar months’ notice. 

If you are still within your contract period, and your membership is increased with a percentage equal to or lower than the CPI, you will not be able to cancel your membership early without incurring a fee. See more information here. 

If you are still within your contract period, and your membership has been increased by a percentage higher than the CPI, you have the right to request an early cancellation with no fee, subject to a formal cancellation request being received within 4 weeks of the email being sent to you. The email was sent on 1st February 2025, therefore after February 28th 2026, the right to cancel your membership early without a fee expires.
