How do I book a guest pass?

All guest passes must be booked directly through the Gymbox App up to 7 days prior to your visit.

  1. Open the Gymbox app 
  2. Select Book Appointment from the home page 
  3. Click on Guest Pass
  4. Click on the time slot you want to book
  5. Confirm your booking “Book appointment”

If you’re having any issues or would like more information about bookings a guest pass, please speak with the reception team in club - they’ll be happy to help and can manually book your guest in if needed.

Please note, guest passes will not be reimbursed if not cancelled within one hour of the guest pass start time. Further, we request that both yourself and your guest are present at the time of the visit. The guest pass is active for that day the booking is scheduled for.

For all bookings, please note that you will receive a confirmation email.
