How can I cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period?

You are eligible for the 14-day cooling-off period if you signed up to your Gymbox membership online, and off-site.


Should you request to cancel within 14 days of your agreement start date/start date of use, and you have used the facilities a maximum of 1 time during that period, you are entitled to an immediate cancellation and full refund of all fees paid.


If you visit the facilities more than once during this period, each additional visit beyond the first will be charged at the Day Pass rate for that club visited, with any refunds or additional charges adjusted based on the fees already paid.


To submit a cancellation request under the 14-day cooling-off guarantee follow these steps:

  • Click “Submit A Request” below or here
  • Choose “Cancellation” from the drop down and fill in all the required fields, including your cancellation reason
  • In the description, please ensure to write “14-day cancellation”


Our team will review your request and will come back to you with your options including your eligibility and any charges and/or refund due.
