How do I cancel or reschedule a PT session?

Sessions are not transferable between members.

If needing to cancel or reschedule your session, and if booked through TEAMUP, you can cancel or reschedule a PT session via TEAMUP up to 24 hours before the session starts. You can do this directly through your TEAMUP account. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in the session being forfeited. Refunds for these sessions are only issued if your trainer fails to show and a suitable alternative cannot be arranged. Sessions are otherwise non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you’ve arranged your PT session directly with the PT then please reach out directly to your PT to cancel the session.
