How do I cancel a class?

You can cancel a class via the Gymbox app. Follow these steps: 

1. Open the Gymbox app
2. Navigate to “Bookings & passes” in the top banner
3. Click on the class you wish to cancel 
4. Confirm your cancellation with Cancel booking, and "Yes"

Kindly note that you can cancel your class no later than 1 hour before it starts.
