Can I hire a locker?
Yes, permanent locker hire is available to Gymbox members (subject to availability and small lockers only) for £20 per month, per locker. To arrange one you can request this directly through the Gymbox App.
Locker hire is unfortunately not available to visitors or aggregators such as Wellhub or Classpass users.
To add a private locker upgrade to your membership, follow these steps in the Gymbox app:
- Open the app and go to Studio
- Tap on Additional Modules
- Scroll down to find the available private locker upgrades
- Select the upgrade you wish to purchase
- Agree to the terms and conditions and confirm your purchase by clicking Book for a fee
If your membership includes access to multiple clubs, the locker hire will be allocated to your contractual home studio. If you wish to hire a locker that’s not in your contractual home studio you must request a home club change first through the Contact Form where the Member Services Team can then help you further.
Please note that freezing your membership does not pause your locker hire, which will remain active and chargeable. If you would like your locker hire to be paused as well, you will need to cancel it before freezing your membership and re-add it when you wish to use it again.
