How do I make a request for a membership statement/invoice?
You can request this via the Gymbox app following these steps:
- Open the Gymbox app.
- Tap on Studio in the bottom menu
- Select Self-Service
- Select Invoices and download your required invoice
If you cannot locate an invoice you require, then please reach out to the Member Services team by pressing “submit a request” below or here, selecting “Anything Else” from the drop down, and one of the team will be in touch to help further.
