How do I make changes to my membership package?

To upgrade, downgrade, or switch your membership (for example, changing your home club, adding linked access, or moving from a 3-month to a 12-month term), please “submit a request” below or here to the Member Services team.


Ensure that you choose “Package Change” from the drop down menu once prompted and select from the list of options as to what change you’re looking to achieve.


Please note, you cannot switch to a membership with a shorter minimum term than your current contract. Downgrading to a lower-priced membership is only possible when your current initial membership contract has finished or if the request is made as a result of home club change where the pricing structure is lower at that new home club.
