I need to make a formal complaint; how can I do this?
Please contact the Club Manager directly using the contact link here. If your complaint is about the General Manager or if you’re not hearing back from them following reaching out you can escalate this through to the Member Services team by following these steps:
- Click “Submit A Request” below or here
- Choose “Anything Else” from the drop down and fill in all the required fields, including your complaint
Our team will review your request and will come back to you with any next steps.
