How does the locker hire cancellation notice period work?

Add-ons require one full month’s notice, calculated date-to-date. If you cancel after your monthly reset date, your notice will apply to the following month. 

Example 

• Locker hire start date: 10 December 2025 
• Monthly reset date: 10th of each month 
• Locker hire end date (minimum term complete): 10 January 2027 
• Once past 10 January, the contract naturally rolls to 10 February 2027 

If you request cancellation on 12 January, the next available notice window (10 January → 10 February) has been missed, so the notice applies to the next full month (10 February → 10 March). 

→ Your add-on would end on 10 March. 

Only the final payment is affected by pro-rata adjustments if your cancellation date falls mid-cycle.
