How do I update my communication preferences?

If you’re a prospective member, you can unsubscribe directly from the communication you have received, such as using the unsubscribe button within the email you have received.


Alternatively, email mypersonaldata@gymbox.co.uk who will also be able to handle your request.


You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send. If you’d like to re-subscribe, revisit a previous e-mail, click the unsubscribe link, and follow the instructions to reactivate your subscription. 


Steps to unsubscribe from the Gymbox app notifications (membership management requests, appointment reminders, class bookings & purchases):

  1. Log into Gymbox app
  2. Navigate to studio
  3. Click on Self-service
  4. Select communication
  5. Adjust preferences as desired

You cannot unsubscribe from operational or contractual related communications.
