How can I adjust any of my personal details?
Keeping your contact information updated ensures that you receive all important communications. To update your personal details, follow these steps:
- Open the Gymbox app.
- Go to Studio in the bottom menu.
- Select Self-Service.
- Tap on Member Data.
- Choose Address or Contact Details.
- Make your updates and click Save.
Your information will be updated immediately, ensuring you stay informed without interruptions. Please be aware that changing personal data such as your first name, last name, and date of birth are not possible through the app.
If you need these fields adjusted, please reach out to our Member Services by submitting a request below or here, and choose “Anything Else” from the drop down menu.
