Are there any alternatives to cancelling, such as extending my contract to obtain a lower rate?

We currently have an extension offer on our 12-month memberships, which may allow you to benefit from a different rate. 

The best first step is to speak with the team in club, and they’ll be able to check whether the extension offer would work in your favour. In some cases, your new rate may already be better than what’s currently available in our extensions offer, so it’s worth checking before making a decision.
