Can I attend classes if I’m pregnant?
Your safety, and your baby's, always comes first.
If you are pregnant, we recommend speaking with your doctor, midwife, or healthcare professional before attending classes and throughout your pregnancy to ensure you are exercising safely at each stage.
While pregnancy doesn't necessarily mean stopping exercise altogether, there are some classes that are not suitable during pregnancy and unfortunately will not be bookable:
Not suitable during pregnancy:
All Aerial classes (excluding Cocoon)
All Reformer Pilates classes
These restrictions are in place for safety reasons.
Good news:
Most of our other classes can be adapted to support you during pregnancy.
Please let the instructor know at the start of every class that you are pregnant. This allows them to make reasonable adjustments where possible to help you train safely and comfortably.
If you're ever unsure whether a class is suitable for you, please speak to a member of the team. We're always happy to help.
