Can I attend classes if I’m pregnant?
Your safety (and your baby’s) always comes first
While pregnancy doesn’t mean stopping movement altogether, there are some classes that aren’t suitable and unfortunately won’t be bookable during pregnancy.
Not suitable during pregnancy:
- All Aerial classes, excluding Cocoon
- All Reformer Pilates classes
These restrictions are in place purely for safety reasons.
Good news:
All of our other classes can be adapted to support you safely throughout pregnancy.
Please let the instructor know at the start of every class that you’re pregnant. This allows them to make reasonable adjustments so you can still train confidently and safely.
