Is there a no-show policy for Classes and Services?

Yes, there is a no-show policy in place for missed classes. Here’s how it works: 

  1. A no-show occurs when you fail to attend a scheduled class without cancelling your booking at least 1 hour before the class start time. 
  2. 3-strike rule: If you receive 3 no-shows within a 30-day period, a penalty will be applied. 
  3. Penalty: As a consequence of three no-shows, your ability to book classes and appointments will be blocked for a period of 1 week. 
  4. Notification: An automatic email is sent to the member informing them of the 3 strikes and 1-week ban. There is no reminder for the first and second strike.

Each class booking confirmation email will include a reminder about the check-in process, class cancellation policy and 3-strike rule. We encourage all members to cancel their bookings in advance if they are unable to attend, to avoid penalties and allow others the opportunity to participate.
