I’ve been sent to the debt collection agency, how does this work?

If your account has been transferred to a debt collection agency, they now manage your outstanding membership payments. Please contact the debt collection agency directly for any questions or to arrange payment.


While your balance remains unpaid, your club access will be temporarily suspended. Only once your full outstanding balance has been settled (and unless your membership cancellation date has passed) will Gymbox then resume your membership and access reinstated.
